Why shop at WorkerWarehouse.com?

At The Worker Warehouse, we believe you should never pay full price for your work gear. After all, you need to work in it.
But that doesn't mean you have to sacrifice looks or quality. Our goal is to feature the best work brands (like Carhartt,
Browning, Dewalt, Duofold, Gerber, Spyderco, Wenger, Walls and more) at the absolute best prices.
Why partner with Sierra Trading Post?

The Worker Warehouse has partnered with Sierra Trading Post for a two big reasons. The first being their
ability to get the best possible prices. Sierra Trading Post has awesome buying power, which allows them
to negotiate the lowest prices with their suppliers. The Second, every purchase is 100% Satisfaction Guarunteed.
If you don't like what you ordered, just send it back for a full refund or exchange. This guaruntee never expires,
so you can send back your item(s) anytime.
Why partner with Tool King?

The Worker Warehouse has partnered with Tool King for similar reasons that we've partnered with Sierra:
the best prices on power tools and an incredible selection of new, closeout and reconditioned equipment.
They also boast great customer service and quick shipments and a 100% satisfaction guaruntee.
How do I check the availability of a product and buy it?

To check the availability of a product, simply click on the "Check Availibility" links from
a product category or product page. Clicking this link will open a new web browser that will
go to the corresponding product page at either Sierra Trading Post or Tool King.
At Sierra Trading Post, scroll down the page to see the
available sizes and colors. Once you find what you are looking for, select your desired quantity
and click the "Add to Cart" button. If you are finished shopping, click the "Begin Checkout"
button to start your secure purchase.
Can I continue to shop at WorkerWarehouse.com after adding items to my Sierra Trading Post shopping cart?

Yes you can. This is a great feature, as we have been complimented on the ease of
shopping through our store as compared to the overwhelming experience at Sierra Trading Post and Tool King.
As mentioned above, when you check the availability of a product, a new browser is opened to
that products page at Sierra Trading Post. After you add the product to your cart
simply go back to your original browser (the one pointed at WorkerWarehouse.com) and continue
shopping. When you find another product that you are interested in, just click the
check availability link and the other browser will move to that products page at Sierra Trading Post ot Tool King.
You can do this as many times as you like, and your cart will carry all the items you choose.
Checkout anytime you are ready from the specific merchant.

What are seconds (2nds) and closeouts?

Seconds (2nds) are items that are not the "cream of the crop". They usually have a slight defect,
like a slight cosmetic blemish. Rest assured though, that these products live up to the legendary
ruggedness Carhartt is known for. Closeouts are products that are no longer being manufactured,
as they have either been replaced by newer models or just discontinued. Remember that any item
you order is backed by a 100% satisfaction guaruntee, so if you don't like it, you can always send
it back.
What are refurbished or reconditioned tools?

Refurbished or reconditioned tools are products that have been sent back to the retailer or manufacturer.
Once a product has been returned it cannot be sold as new. All our Reconditioned Tools have been
inspected and warranted by their respective manufacturers. All factory reconditioned tools are marked
as such and are sold at a substantial savings of the brand-new cost. Remember that any item
you order is backed by a 100% satisfaction guaruntee, so if you don't like it, you can always send
it back.
